Over 20 years ago, I began in this industry processing residential home loans, then began working my way through various facets of mortgage and real estate. I eventually obtained my Loan Originator's license, then became a Senior Loan Processor managing a team of 10-20 processors and a few years later, made my way through the Mortgage Underwriting arena. I have experience with FHA, VA, USDA and conventional lending. I finally obtained my Texas Real Estate License in February of 2008. I had been wanting to get my license for years prior to, and I haven't turned back yet!
